Circus Arts & Street Theatre        since 2002

Evening classes at The Circus Space in London led to Bruce performing static trapeze with the Swingin' Elvises. Other aerial, stilt walking and character walkabout work followed at corporate events, cabarets and outdoor arts festivals around the country for various different companies. Bruce has performed as an aerialist for Rawhead Dance Co at The Place, as a Fool at the Barbican's 'Do Something Different' weekend, at Edinburgh Fringe, Glastonbury Festival and more.

Bruce stopped working as an aerialist in 2007, however his street theatre work has continued with Copperdollar - including

performing at Mintfest, Stockton, Preston and Spitafields festivals as part of Gone in 20 minutes in 2011 and at The National Theatre's 'Watch This Space' Festival 2012. He has also directed street theatre work for Foolsize Theatre.

More recently Bruce has created circus and street theatre in support of a local charity - The Northcote Heavy Horse Centre. A walkabout knight and a fool feature in the centre's medieval events.
