Circus Behind the Wall

A Palestinian Circus School Production

In December 2006 I travelled to Ramallah to work with the 

Palestinian Circus School. I was kindly given the opportunity to work with an ensemble cast and direct an early version of 'Circus Behind the Wall' performed at the Al Kasabah Theatre in January 2007.

​

The piece portrayed the effect the wall has on peoples lives. The show was developed further by the school and went on to be toured in Europe. 

 

The positive work and vision of The Palestinian Circus School continues.
